The Rebel (Holiday Edition)
Ingredients
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup Amaretto Vodka (Cîroc)
3 tablespoons fresh pineapple juice
Ice cubes
1 Blood Orange (you will halve, and slice)
10 whole cloves and Cinnamon Stick as garnish

To make the muddled sugared encrusted cranberries:
1/2 Cup of Frozen Cranberries
2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
1Tsp Cinnamon
1Tsp All Spice
1/4 Slice of Blood Orange
1oz. Water

Directions: Medium saucepan, 1 Tbsp of butter (melted), combine frozen cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, and the juice from orange slice allspice and water on a medium-low heat until water evaporates halfway and creates a thicken syrup consistency. Usually 8-10 minutes (avoid over cooking and burning). Once cranberries are "popped" take off heat. Let cool and place in muddling bowl and muddle until crushed to a relish consistency. Set aside or in refrigerator for cooling while you prepare the other ingredients.

Preparation: Scoop 1 tablespoon of muddled  cranberries in the martini glass. Then fill  cocktail mixer with ice cubes mix cranberry juice, amaretto vodka, and blood orange juice in cocktail shaker. Shake for 5 seconds vigorously and pour into your martini glass. Garnish blood orange slice with whole cloves, place orange slice and  2 frozen cranberries on martini pick and garnish glass.

 The Muse (a Gaudy Chic Holiday Cocktail)

Ingredients
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. maraschino cherry syrup
1 Honey Crisp Apple (for the Caramelized Apple bites)
1 /4 Blood Orange Slice
Champagne or sparkling wine

Caramelized Apple Bites Ingredients
1/2 Honey Crisp Apple
2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
1Tsp Cinnamon
1Tsp All Spice
2oz. Water

To make the caramelized apple bites:

Preparation: Scoop 1 tablespoon of caramelized apple bites in your champagne flute. Then fill cocktail mixer with ice cubes mix lemon juice, blood orange juice, amaretto vodka, and place in cocktail shaker. Shake for 5 seconds vigorously. Strain into coupe or Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with maraschino cherries, lemon slice and cranberry. Drizzle more cherry syrup on top and sweeten to taste.
