Bruno Mars and his band of dancing machines have been winning over the hearts and body moves for years and with his latest album 24K Magic and its groovy R&;B tracks full of funk and cool. He hasn’t stopped giving the fans what they want musically or visually. Last night was a true treat when he unexpectedly premiered his visual for his song “Versace on the Floor,” a silky smooth vibe featuring multitalented actress and fabulous “IT” girl Zendaya. Who else could rock a shimmering chain metal Versace dress as badass as she? The video takes a voyeuristic approach in a swanky, upscale hotel that could be anywhere, from the neon, purple and fuchsia hued mood lighting; it could definitely be Las Vegas. Especially since the elevator doors are printed in Versace logo patterns.
Zendaya and Mars are both seen heading to their perspective rooms (solo) next door to one another and catch eyes. Then boom, instantly Bruno Mars has taken a page out of the classic 90s R& B crooning videos and begins to play a high polish piano in the middle of his hotel room suite, surrounded by illuminating white lights like a starry night sky. Talk about romantically lush!
Meanwhile, Zendaya listens at the wall totally intrigued, so much so that his music gets her to take off her dress and drop it on the floor (go figure). Of course, there is no skin revealed just a single knock at Mars door at the end…leaving the rest to our imaginations. Check out the saucy clip below:
