A$AP Mob is back and it's been a while, with a new very wavy visual vibe for "RAF" where they flex hard in vintage menswear, specifically pieces from and an ode to the German menswear designer Raf Simons.
The track collaboration features A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, Quavo, Lil Uzi Vert and Frank Ocean, while the clip that's shot in a dated 80s Lo-Fi aesthetic, resembling a visual menswear lookbook with A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, Quavo all modeling different looks designer intertwined with archived to present days RAF Simons. They share the studio space with actual male models incorporated. Though, the rappers all dropped heavy designer name love from Gucci to Maison Margiela and Dior, it’s clear that they have undying loyalty to the Raf Simmons brand especially when the hook repeats, “Please don’t touch my Raf.”
The track originally premiered by Frank Ocean during episode 6 of his "blonded" RADIO show in May. Each of the looks were borrowed from vintage menswear retailer Grailed. Check out all the looks and the visual below:
